Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of games, applications, websites, and related services provided by Noret Design AB, published under the developer name Wispwood Games (“Wispwood Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our games, applications, websites, and related services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The Services are licensed to you, not sold.
We may add, remove, modify, rebalance, update, or discontinue features, content, game mechanics, events, rewards, items, or other parts of the Services from time to time.
3. Accounts and Game Progress
Some Services may allow or require you to create an account or use a player identifier.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
Depending on the Service, game progress or other data may be stored locally on your device or remotely through our systems or third-party services.
We cannot guarantee that locally stored progress or data can be recovered if it is lost, deleted, corrupted, or if you change or reset your device.
4. Purchases
Some Services may offer purchases, including virtual currency, virtual items, premium features, subscriptions, bundles, or other digital content.
Purchases are normally processed through the platform from which you obtained the Service, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payment, billing, refunds, renewals, and cancellations may also be subject to the terms of the applicable platform.
Except where required by applicable law or the applicable platform's rules, purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
Our Services may include virtual currency, resources, equipment, characters, cosmetics, upgrades, or other virtual items (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items:
have no monetary or real-world value;
cannot be exchanged for real money from Wispwood Games;
do not constitute property or a financial asset;
are licensed to you as part of the Services rather than sold to you; and
may only be used within the Service for which they were provided unless we explicitly state otherwise.
We may modify, rebalance, replace, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items as part of operating and developing our Services.
If a Service is discontinued, access to Virtual Items associated with that Service may also end, subject to applicable law.
6. Subscriptions
Some Services may offer automatically renewing subscriptions.
The price, billing period, and features included with a subscription will be displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider and may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform or account through which you purchased them.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
violate any applicable law or regulation;
harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;
distribute malicious software or interfere with the operation of the Services;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
infringe intellectual property or other rights;
collect information about other users without authorization; or
use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
8. Cheating, Exploits, and Unauthorized Software
You may not use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, modified clients, unauthorized third-party software, or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate gameplay, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
You may not intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to obtain Virtual Items, currency, rankings, progression, rewards, or other benefits in a way that was clearly not intended.
We may investigate suspected cheating, exploitation, fraud, or abuse and may remove improperly obtained progress, rankings, currency, or Virtual Items.
Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the affected Service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including software, artwork, graphics, characters, designs, text, music, sounds, game mechanics, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Wispwood Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Services granted under these Terms, no rights or ownership are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit our Services or content except where permitted by law or with our written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, authentication providers, analytics providers, advertising networks, cloud services, payment providers, or social features.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
11. Updates and Availability
We may release updates, patches, balancing changes, new content, or other modifications to the Services.
Certain updates may be required in order to continue using a Service.
We do not guarantee that any Service, feature, server, event, or piece of content will always remain available.
We may temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue all or part of a Service where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, technical reasons, security, legal compliance, or changes to our products.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to a Service if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud, cheating, abuse, or activity that threatens the security or operation of the Services.
Where appropriate, we may take less severe action first, such as removing improperly obtained rewards or temporarily restricting access.
Termination may result in loss of access to game progress, accounts, Virtual Items, rankings, or other data associated with the Service.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
13. Disclaimer
We provide the Services on an “as available” basis.
While we aim to provide reliable and enjoyable Services, we cannot guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wispwood Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy applicable to a Service will be made available through the Service, its store listing, or our website.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our Services, applicable laws, or business practices.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
For material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim before the courts or consumer dispute-resolution bodies available to you under applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
